BioShock 2 Remastered health station bug

I have had a bug since starting the Fontain Futuristics level, I can hack the health stations successfully but they are no longer giving me a first aid kit when I do so, just the discount.
has anyone else experienced this and found a way to fix it?

This along side the now frequent crashes I am starting to loose interest in the game.

you have to hit the blue fields in the hacking slider.....just replayed the whole game and it only drops if you hit blue in hacking.....
