2K is being a trash compancy for never have improved the game instead have better the stabiliy in it
my PC is great enough for run this game, its something has to do with their programming code that is not giving right, i had tried 3 solutions for fix this crap crash and happened today i did try new things and it just worst, what really a shame though.
I wasn't planning on installing the game just yet, but that's a shame to hear honestly. 2K in the last few years have been ♥♥♥♥♥♥ towards their fanbase, so none of this ♥♥♥♥ surprises me.
Fingers crossed for BL4....
Yeah well if continue like that, i've thinking consider download and install bioshock 2 original
i can't understand what a bunch of trash devs did for the game have such problem? if its
comparability they should always keep the game updated for new verisons of both windows 10 and windows 11 for exemple
i am actually using windows 11 24h2, but whatever so.
Especially their all-time classics.
I also didn't look too well, but I noticed there wasn't a bundle with all three games together on Steam either? All Remastered and sold at a reasonable price with all DLCs included... At least that's the one I got when I purchased them on Xbox waaaay back in the day.
EDIT: Just looked back at the page and I found it. I remember paying a lot less than $65.00 for the whole thing, though.
ah got it, that's well interesting.
Might've found it at Walmart back then for a cheaper price, too. I don't remember... it's been sooo long. Found many gems inside those $20 bins that were priced at $80 online. Good luck finding that now...
What I'm saying is, you purchase the REMASTER of Bioshock 2 anywhere else, you get the full game and everything with it. Steam has the DLC as a separate DLC from the remaster, which I find extremely dumb.
Look again, though. 2K has two bundles there with Bioshock 2 remastered.. and I think in their eyes it's reasonable 'cause you're getting the OG games with the Remastered, too. But personally, I would've preferred just to have the full game of Bioshock 2 with the DLC.
Not sure if I made myself clear beforehand, but if you bought Bioshock 2 Remastered on Xbox or PS in any bundle or by itself-- you'll still get the DLC included in the same download all the time. Steam has the DLC for a REMASTERED game separated from the game itself and that's the part I find dumb.
Check out the store again. There are more bundles than just that big Bioshock Collection you could purchase.
The Bioshock Collection went on 80% off today either way and I finally completed my collection with Infinite and that stupid DLC for only $13.00. So I pretty much got the DLC for the price I wanted it-- free. Or at least I feel I paid for it already 'cause I paid for Bioshock 2 REMASTERED and when something is REMASTERED, I expect all DLCs in that same price 'cause why ♥♥♥♥ around with a game that is 15 years old?
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 2K... greedy greedy 2k!
They got extremely cheap when it came to Infinite, too. You could purchase BioShock Infinite: The Complete Edition, which is one single download with all extra content included and no extra ♥♥♥♥ arounds whatsoever. That version doesn't exist anywhere in the Steam store at all...
PC obviously got the ♥♥♥♥ end of the stick when it came to this series sadly....
