Same. I get no sound except for cins.
Same here, I have sound for the opening logos and the intro video but no sound anywhere else.
Found the solution. Go to control panel > hardware and sound > Sound > click on your current audio device under the "playback" tab > click properties > select "Advnaced" tab > change default format to "24 bit, 48000 Hz" > click apply

did you try Right click recording devices>Recording TAB> Right click in TAB "show disabled devices" > enable stereo mix.

It's a fix for no Audio in bioshock 1 and 2 with windows 10

This worked for me. Now I actually have audio! But I really hate these sorts or work-arounds and am super anal about audio quality and use my PC to listen to extremely high bit rate music files, so this is a process I'll have to do each time I want to play Minerva's den :-(

Same. My HDMI audio receiver actually produces less video delay for my TV and sound has more bass and treble if i set my sound format to 16-bit 44.1khz instead of anything higher. So to play this game I have to set it to 48khz versus every other game working at 44.1khz...
