question about protector's trial and minerva's den DLC.
is protector's trial a story DLC or a simple challenge mode DLC since i'm not big on challenge modes i might skip it if it does not affect or give out anything storywise, and also minerva's den is it a story DLC like heart of stone/blood or wine or is it also a challenge mode type of DLC?

Protector's Trial is a challenge mode that will unlock some artwork, unused story boards, and unlocks Master Protector gene tonic for Minerva's Den.

Minerva's Den is a story based dlc. It only has three levels, but the levels are rather large. However without getting all the stars in Protector's Trials you will not get the free Master Protector gene tonic that will add 40 ADAM bonus that the Little Sisters will harvest. That's a total of 80 ADAM a harvest.

It should be noted that in Minerva's Den you get a total of Six Little Sisters, Two Big Sisters, Nineteen Sea Slugs, and if you save the Little Sisters you get two gift bears with a total of 220 ADAM.
