Bioshock 2 Remastered - missing Minerva's Den DLC

Hi,

I got the Bioshock 2 Remastered for free (owned all 3 Bioshock games before "The Collection" was released), but I can not access Minerva's Den DLC. The DLC name is shown in Extra Content and when I click on it I get redirected to the Bioshock 2 DLC - Minerva's Den Page. Was it necessary to own this DLC in Bioshock 2 to get it for free in the Remaster or not?

Yes it was necessary to own that DLC in Bioshock 2 to get it for free in the Remaster.
