Any cheats to get all upgraded weapons?

I was hoping to get some cheats to fully upgrade my machine gun and spear gun so I could focus on my other weapons, but I can't seem to find any. Are there cheats that let you pick up upgraded weapons, or use Power to the People stations without exhausting them?

Tried it out a few hours ago. You have to add each upgrade individually, but doing so doesn't reduce the number of PttP stations in the game.
