Big Daddy/Sister Crashes And Potential Soulutions

So my damn game crashes like every half hour and it always seems to be connected to Big Daddys and Sisters.

1. My first crash was the Big Daddy at Pauper's Drop. The location is where there is a security camera and rocket turret in close proximety and where you first use the research camera on the brute splicer thing.

[SYMPTOMS] - If I shot the Big Daddy my game would crash.
If I successfully killed the Big Daddy, a Big Sister would come. Once she screeches the second or third time my game crashes.
If the Big Sister successfuly finishes the 3 screeches and appears, shooting her would crash my game.

[SOLUTION] - I did not kill the Big Daddy and instead left the area. Another Big Daddy appeared in a different area, I killed him and saved the sister. The other Big Daddy that crashed my game was still there and when I returned to where he was, his model was all janky (his body was missing but the head and arms were visible). I didn't get a screenshot of this unfortunately. Anyways, I went past him and went on to using the research camera on the brute splicer and I could continue with the game.

2. The second time my game crashed when fighting a Big was a Sister right before entering Futuristics and right as you get the option to either spare or kill Stanley.

[SYMPTOMS] - As the Big Sister screeched, my game crashed.
The Big Sister successfully appeared and as I was shooting her, my game crashed.

[SOLUTION] - After saving the Little Sister, I used my Drill Dash to quickly get to the train booth where Stanley is. Once Sofia Lamb unlocks the door, I killed Stanley and Drill Dashed to the train and left without even engaging the Big Sister.

3. This just happened. I'm at Futuristics and adopted the first Little Sister. I am on the second floor and set her down for the first harvest. As I am protecting her, an Alpha Series Big Daddy appeared.

[SYMPTOM] - I shot the Alpha Series Big Daddy, and my game crashed.

[SOLUTION] - I went straight to saving the sister and skipped the 2 optional adam harvests.

4. I just experienced a non Big crash. I just entered the security office for Gil Alexander and the game crashed while in the weapon upgrade menu.

That is all the crashes I recieved and I finally completed this broken game.
