A Shocking Turn of Events, auto hack tool

Am I stupid or is there a bug where you can't pick up the auto hack tool that is below the grid? I can pick up the shotgun shells and bandages without any issues, but the tool seems to be out of reach.

your prob at your carry limit of atto tools (think its like 4-5). try using one and going back to pick the other tool up

Thanks for your reply. It can't be that as I am talking about the challenge room mode of the game in which you can only find a single hack tool.

Yes, that is what I did and was talking about. I can use Telekinesis on the shotgun shells and pack of bandages that are also down there but the hack tool is not moving.

If it's not reacting to Telekinesis - it's bugged. Restart.

I don't know what to do, I am trying for the last achievement in this challenge room DLC and now restarting doesn't help anymore, the hack tool keeps being bugged

Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice, still bugged ;_;

I had an issue here of the hack tool still being under ice. If it looks like there is anything in the way of water or ice around it that is why it is stuck. Drop a flaming item down the pipe should get it out. If it appears clean and dry you are well and truly screwed. Hope you can finally get that last achievement!

I've given up on this already, because I tried all of that and it didn't help. Thanks though.
