Missing font?

I noticed that in certain menues, there were a bunch of empty squares hanging around. Most text still appears, but certain places like the exit-buttons on vendors or the weapon names in the big "here's all your guns and their various ammos" are all just empty boxes (except, weirdly, the "G" in "machinegun", which was what tipped me off). Is this a fixable thing, or is it just something I'll have to live with?

Had that. Verify game files, it seems to mean something went a little screwy in the download.
