Actually, once you get a plasmid you can't ''loose'' it. You can use them for the rest of the game, if u want to. You must have switched your plasmids at some machine or you don't have enough eeve to use it.

When I got fire thing I put into electricity slot, meaning that now I don´t have electricity.
