Audio diaries!

I played the game on twice on normal and hardest difficulty, and then once again played the NG+ on survival difficulty, and still couldn't find all the audio diaries out there even though I searched every area/room/corner thoroughly and the fact that there's no count of them to keep track of where the missing one/s are, is really frustrating. Could you point out like the 5 most missable ones or smth?

There is a guide in the steam guide section.The first lvl has 2 and the rapture central control has 3 missable audio diaries,every other can be backtracked before point of no return.Some diaries kept track in the WRONG map,the guide will mention them.

HOWEVER I have 122 all diaries(I counted them like 5 times to be sure)and the achivement did not unlock.For some ppl this achive gets bugged and fails to unlock.So there is a chance you have all 122 diaries yet you didn't unlock it for some unkown reason.
I would check the guide and count them from the journal in the old fashion way,or check the wiki maps https://bioshock.fandom.com/wiki/BioShock_Audio_Diaries

Some diaries such as "First Encounter" found in farmer's market,yet listed under the Neptune Bounty.So you need to remove 1 from farmer'smarket and add 1 to Neptune-Smugler's hideout section.You can check the totals from the journal and add them together........(i know it sucks).

First time to know about this issue. Thought I was the only one. I will definitely check out and count the diaries like you mentioned and see if it's a bug or not. Thanks a lot for clarifying this to me, man!
