Big Daddy Helmet Location

I'm having an issue with Point Prometheus, as for some reason I cannot find the Big Daddy Helmet. The room is should be in is completely different from every single other version. I looked walkthroughs, guides, even recent YouTube videos, nothing. My game is being weird. I guess you could say every copy of Bioshock Remaster is personalized, but I think I'm actually softlocked. Really don't wanna replay the whole game if that's the case. Can someone help me out?

I must have passed the suit 50 times before i saw it's shimmer, dunno about the helmet other that that you may have an uncompleted objective in the way.

Idk if it's the same for others, but for some reason nothing is showing up in my hints, so maybe my game is bugged. Don't know how and why, but my main concern is how the room the helmet should be in is completely different from everyone elses. Let me pull up a screenshot or what I'm talking about.

Ending this discussion, I was going on the wrong room this whole time. The room I was supposed to go in was Candidate Induction, but I kept going into Candidate Conversion. The names were identical and so were the rooms, so moral of the story, I'm stupid.

That's ok, during my full achievement playthrough just recently, in the very first area you come to in Medical Pavilion, where you have to go through the whole in the bathroom to start the big daddy and little sister encounter. I got stuck in there for 15 minutes because I couldn't find the whole in the bathroom. Stupid is as stupid does.
