This Game is Too Much

I wanted to like this game, I think this is a great example where less would have been more.

I can't imagine anyone enjoying this game without cheats. It's too difficult and not the rewarding kind, it's just annoying.

Even playing with cheats I think this is a pain in the ass. This mission where you have to create the Lazarus vector, damn, what a chore. Running around in a huge maze like map trying to find scattered items. Enemies respawning everywhere, security alerts throwing drones at you + the "big daddies", ♥♥♥♥, can't imagine someone going through this and thinking "ah great game".

The weapons are too much to choose from too, the weapons + the plasmids. To land in the weapon or plasmid you want, in the middle of chaos, is annoying too.

I can only enjoy the graphics and the story, the gameplay I think it's bad.

Well, to begin with, I think that if the problem is the difficulty, you can always choose the lowest one and go up to the highest if you like challenges. Let's take the example of the Arcadia mission where you have to create Lazaro's vector, the first time of all is always slower than the rest, since you don't know the locations of things. The subject of the turrets and bots, well, I recommend electobolt and then a couple of shots of armor-piercing ammunition to destroy them or approach and hack them to be your allies. And the issue of changing weapons in the midst of chaos, I recommend using the SHIFT key to access the weapons menu that pauses the game and allows you to choose the weapon and ammunition you want at that moment without having to go through the rest (just changing it once)

Hi guys, I know there is the weapon changing screen, but it's a pain in the ass to keep pausing the game in the middle of battles that happen basically all the time and have a mixed bag of enemies. It just becomes annoying after some time. Too repetitive.

This is a damned FPS shooter, not a turn based strategy game. Too "complex" or ambitious for a FPS.

Just not my cup of tea, I am playing the game just to enjoy the story and graphics now, and even with the cheat codes I am finding it a chore instead of having fun.

Not really, if I did not have anything else to do with my life and played this crap the whole day, every day, maybe it could get easy, but there is really no reward from all that waste of time. Game is too repetitive, even with cheats it's becoming somewhat boring. Always the same enemies and similar situations.

nobody is forcing you to play it. most people don't have any of the same issues as you. not sure what kind of reward you want, this is a single-player story game. repetitive? how? are you trolling lol? deff sounds like the text book definition of "Skill issue" if you're not trolling. what games do you play that dont have a repeating enemy, or waste your time? cuz incase you havent noticed this IS a video game. nobody is spending all day every day to get good at bioshock LOL! its not hard. would love to hear your experience with RPGs, like skyrim (thats an easy one xP).

i watched a letsplayer called berleezy playing this game and it made me realize that i took this game's difficulty for granted lol
its a cakewalk to me but for some people its a literal nightmare, which honestly i just find funny
im just imagining OP dying like 7 times in the room where you first get the shotgun lolololol

It might be a cakewalk if you save scum, that's easy then (and also time consuming and annoying), you just reload the game at the 1st mistake. If you die and keep playing without reloading, you come back with less and less items and ammo.

Would love to see you guys playing the game without saving...

Let's see you play, as I said, how far will you go without saving, and I mean that 1 single save, or auto save, at the beginning of a level. You know you save scum, otherwise you would not finish this game.

Dude Bioshock ain't Ninja Gaiden! You still have unlimited lives (except the final boss but you're usually in a point to defeating him easily), a wrench to kill splicers and farm money to get more ammo.
