Neptune's Bounty: Stuck at Spider Splicer Photos

Is this a bug? I can't finish the Spider Splicer Quest at Neptune`s Bounty.
I guess I missed the one jumping from the ceiling at the fighting bar, not sure if I killed it, because there is no corpse. But this makes me stuck at the area, because the metal gate back to the wharf won't open. Any suggestions what to do except for restarting the whole level?

If you can't find it then I don't know what else to do besides going back to a save from before you got there.

I believe the one that jumps up into the ceiling comes back when you're exploring the upstairs portion of the bar. I believe it's a room with a safe in the corner, and when you exit that splicer reappears.

Overall, there should be 3 splicers available to take pictures of:

1. When you first get the camera, the spider splicer on the other side of the interrogation room glass.

2. In the post office room with the security camera.

3. Upstairs in the bar, after exploring the safe room.

I saw the one upstairs the bar, but didn`t take the photo. The others are photographed. I ran through the whole (cleared) area for around 30 Min only to look for the spider splicers or their corpses...
Ok, then I will have to load an older save i guess :/

Same issue here. I didn't have any film left when I encountered the spider splicer in the bar. I turned back into the room with the safe in the hopes of finding film (there wasn't any). When I went out of the room again, the splicer disappeared. Been stuck ever since.

Annoying part is that accross from the bar in the post office, I found a vending machine that sold 15x film for 12$ a purchase >_>

Old but gold, here was my solution: Only thing that helped was loading an earlier save game :/ He spawned right away.
