Gamebreaking Bug: Spider Splicer not spawning (solved)

As the title said, the spider splicer in the tavern is not showing up. Been wandering around here for 30 minutes and no spider splicer

Same problem here. Its very very annoying. Happened to me with the original game too. Cant remember how I got around it then. I think it just randonly appeared eventually.

I have seen others complaining about this bug. I want to recommend you try to head to Fontaine Fishery anyways, as there should be an extra spider splicer that spawns there right before you enter.

Everyone else I saw that had the problem solved it by loading an earlier save.

Loading an earlier save does not help at all and there is no way back before you didn't get thoe 3 splicers. GJ 2K, your name meant something to me, but breaking a 9 year old game by not fixing such a crucial bug? That's not what im used from you, shame.

So, i found a workaround and maybe i found out too what exactly happenes when this bug occures. I run straight to room 5 and while i was runing to the door, i saw the spider splicer for maybe 1 second before he despawned, causing this bug. I reloaded my save, run again but with the camera equiped this time and managed to capture the splicer before he dissapeared.

So I went in the room with the camera equipped, I did not find the slicer. I got out of the room and there he was in the ceiling of the corridor.
