Never got 'Welcome to Rapture' achievment?

I just started the Neptune's Bounty level and realized I never got the Welcome to Rapture achievment. Anybody else have this problem?

There was some partial steam downtime a few hours ago. Any chance you played that part back then? Achievements tend to not unlock when community servers are having problems.

Carry on, ignore it, then once you finished the game, reload the closest save and replay that little part of the game.

No, I finished Welcome to Rapture on Thursday, I guess I'll just have to replay like you said.

But really, wait with the achievement and reload the start after you have it done.

It has nothing to do with community servers. I tried it 4 times to get it.
