my problem is solved. dont know how but when i started it now it just was fullscreen
I don't see the option to fullscreen.

Strange thing is the first time I launched this it's wwas in a way bigger resolution than my scree's native res, I could change it in the obnoxiously slow menus to 1080p... but no fullscreen.

I think I'd rather reinstall the original, ahah.

Go to setttings, switch to window, then back to full screen and it will be working again.

I had trouble with this when it first started, it was windowed and at like 4k. (i have 1080p monitors) I tried to set it in game but it failed. If you set it in the menu before you start it should work though. Did for me.

OK just fond a way to go full screen with Bioshock Remastered the problem is not Bioshock but Windows so on desktop right click for screen resolution then Advanced Settings, Monitor Tab then change 30 HERTZ two 60 APPLY. I hope this helps Everyone.

I found a solution for this problem. You have to change the resolution to 640x480, then disable windowed mode. After you have done that, you can can change the resolution as you like and it should be full screen. You have to do this everytime you start the game, but it worked for me!

can confirm switching to lower resolution thats not in (windows) will allow the windowed option to appear, turn it off then turn your resolution back up, pretty dumb
