I know some years has passed since then, and maybe you bought a brand new PC, but still, try to install the x86 version of that "MVC++"

Man I just install the Bioshock Enhanced version to replay it and wasn't even running, I have Windows 10 updated + graphics updates, I was going to uninstall the game but try your reco first and IT WORKED. Thanks a lot.
