Mouse sensitivity & acceleration
I changed them in the ini files set to read only & the mouse aiming seems better not great but better, however as soon as I loot a corpse my high sensitivity & acceleration comes back...WTF!
Shambles.

Try that. You have to change the folders within the file to the remastered version. But this made it finally playable for me.

Cheers but I cant be assed ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around more, wasted enough time on this game today trying to fix,
Will wait for a patch or uninstall.
2K wont ever get any of my money again
