Yes, I switched back to 16:9 ratio and it fixed the issue. I guess I might have to wait for another patch to trulu support 21:9. Such a shame.

Maybe it fixes your problems. Did fix all of my GUI issues for sure. There is another bugfix mod of him which improves the video audio quality. 2K didn't bother to fix so much. I think they released some patches on PC which at least added 7.1 sound at such. At launch it was ONLY stereo! Can you believe that? URGH. Also use that BioShock Tweaker tool to enable some settings that are ini edit only.
This remaster PC port is really half assed. Shame.
The future is quite sad then for this game.
At this point it will quite obviously never be fixed, but there's a sense of camaraderie we share in suffering from the same issue across 8 years (and counting), so thought I'd chime in too.
