Can't Start New Game Plus

When I try to start a New Game Plus I get the message, "Please select the saved game that contains the character data you wish to use. Only original game saved games after the Medical Pavilion are valid." There is not option to select a game, just the "Back" button. Can you use New Game Plus with the Steam version?

I think you just hit enter or something. It's something super duper simple and for a minute I forgot how to do it. You can use the Game+ with Steam though.
