How to disable console commands?

I have to use no clip and fly to trigger the first scene with the Splicer where he attacks the Bathysphere. Now no clip and ghost are on and idk how to turn them off, ''disable'' in the command window doesnt do anything

EDIT console disabled on own. Now cant jump to get wrench or enable no clip and ghost.
is this game just unplayable???

I had the same problem but I found a solution my friend. Go to your user file where you enabled ghost and fly mode. Remove the ghost and fly mode from there and bind the command Walk to a key. If you go in-game and press the assigned key it should work again. It worked for me so I hope it works for you as well.
