Xbox controller constantly disconnecting from my bluetooth while playing this game

I've tried to play this multiple times with different Xbox controllers but my controller loses the bluetooth signal every 10-25 seconds and the xbox button flashes multiple times and then regains connection after 10-15 seconds.

It ONLY happens with this game. I have played others including Divinity Original Sin II without any issues with two controllers connected over the bluetooth on my laptop. Something with this game is making my controller lose the bluetooth connection and I can't figure it out. I tried launching in both regular and big picture to see if that would matter but nothing worked.

Has anyone had the same issue as me?

Hey there,

So I ran across your problem today and I was able to fix it by installing my controller's driver in big picture mode.

Launch big picture mode then: Settings -> Controller Settings -> Xbox Configuration Support
