Extra little sister bug and achievements

Can this bug http://bioshock.wikia.com/wiki/Extra_Little_Sister_Bug cause to do not get the achievement "Dealt with every Little Sister"? Because i rescued 4 little sisters in the Medical Pavillon (+ i saw another one sister running around TeddyBear gift without H/L buttons).

wait how did you get 4 little sisters in the *medical pavilion*? because that's not part of the extra little sister exploit.

regardless, it doesn't affect the achievement, you just get it earlier than you normally would.

Thx for the answer. I don't really know how. Maybe because i just started playing and spent many hours running though Medical Pavillion and trying to learn/find everything. And when open any door it says "you have not rescued all little girls on this deck.... 4/3 sisters, you need 3/3, go back and find more....."

Another "funny" bug. I'm currently at Apollo Square and i'm able to rescue one little sister multiple times in a row. Her H/L buttons don't dissapear and she can't run away ha ha

And yes, you was right. Got my achievement on Point Prometheus when i had 2/3 sisters on this level
