Research PhD not unlocking

This achievement is not unlocking for me :(
I beat the game with everything maxed out, double check it in NG+ and still not popping...

Currently trying with a brand new game but I'm not sure it'll pop

I don't have a save in which I haven't researched every enemy, I went with no vita chambers and almost only quick saves :(

I'll find the strengh to start it all over again, and be very careful with this (its the only achievement I have lfet to do in the main game)

There are no achievements for fully researching turrets, cameras, or sentries, but they're required for Research PhD. Are you sure those are also fully researched?

Yup, I was 100% sure I did them, I took a photo of every cameras, sentries, turrets I saw and it told me "fully researched" every time :/

But thanks to Dunkler Messias I got the achievement :D

thank you sr!!!! but it didnt work to me... its making me crazy, I tried go back with my old saves and didnt pop up the achievement, neither with yours..... I dont know what else to do

yess!! I research the nitro and nothing.. like seven times or even more, also, on an old save i was missing the nitro and same thing... i will kill myself..... i was going to get all the achievements :C

btw, my posts were removed because the Steam support happily bans people without explanation. So I can't say for sure my save game link was okay. :(

Just tried using TestAddResearchPoints command on all enemy maxed out, still won't pop :(

Hi, guys!
About not unlocking "Research PhD".
If you have this problem, saves, console, old version of game wont help you. Atleast for now (2024).

But I found solution for me.
I dunno whats realy helped, and dunno will it work for someonelse.

But here's the steps:

1. Deleted all my saves.
   
2. Created 2K account.
   
3. Reinstalled game.
   Maybe this important. Usually my steam installed on C and all games on D. But this time I installed Bioshock on C.
   
4. Entered in main menu in 2K account.
   
5. Started new game.
   Maybe this important. Start game on medium difficulty. Earlier I tryed get it on easy.
   
6. Researched all type enemies.

All 11 types of enemies can be found before Fort Frolic. And I got achievement in Frolic when maximased researche of last one - for me it was bouncer.

Hope this help for people with same case.
