Cant go past the bulkhead door behind magnetic locks in hephaestus?

The game have been bug free for me until this point, played through hephaestus and triggered the circuit breaker for the magnetic locks, i go in and trigger the bulkhead door to rapture control, the door behind me closes and then nothing more happens.

The game keeps running can move around but the bulkhead door does not open so im stuck, what can be done to correct this very annoying issue?

Yes, i can activate the door and a get locked in as im supposed to but for some reason a message from andrew ryan is not triggered which prevents the game from moving on

There are no apartments in hephaestus, its a simple map...find a tape, find the hidden room with emp bomb, find the parts to finish building the emp bomb, set off the emp bomb, flip the circuit breaker and then activate the bulkhead door to proceed to the next level, the circuit breaker cant be flipped unless the emp bomb have been fired to create an overload in harmonic core #3.

Have searched both here and other places not found anyone with the same problem so i restarted the level, did basicaly the same thing and now it worked.
