how do I switch my abilities

I am at the beginning of the game and I already own the fire, psychic and electric ability (and some character upgrades), but I dont now how to change them.
The menu is worthless, the tipps aren't any better.

Can someon explain to me how to switch them?

Let me explain it again: I have 3 abilites and 2 slots to equip (right now its fire and telekinesis) how do I replace the slots (f.ex. electric and telekinesis)
