Medical Pavilion little sister problem.
It's been years since I last played. So my issue is.

There are two little sisters in the Medical Pavilion and I have rescued one of them. Where is the other one? The other Big Daddy is just stuck in a loop, wondering around slamming on the vents and the last little sister is not appearing. Is this a bug or a glitch?

I want to do a run and try to save all of the little sisters.

1 Little Sister is saved during the moment when you meet Tennenbaum for the first time. The 2nd one you'll normally come across when heading back out of the Medical Pavilion to go to the Bathispere. In the room with the 2 turrets. If the big daddy is slamming vents just follow him around sooner or later the little sister will crawl out if you haven't haversted/saved her yet.

PS: If you didn't attack the Big Daddy before he drops his little sister of at the vent it can take a little while before she pops back out!

Any little sister, just wait and they will come out of the vents in real time. There is nothing you can do story wise to trigger this. Most of the time they come out in tandem with the story progressing so you get them all, but if not, just wait or just follow a Big Daddy around, he will pull one out for you

I have waited a half hour and the still no sign of the remaining little sister. Can I return to the Medical Pavillion later in the game?

Yes, you can return to the medical pavilion at any time during later stages.

Usually Atlas tells you to take on the big daddy in the medical pavilian. At least every time in my game he has.

Ive killed the big daddy in the pavilion. Another spawned with a little sister that he is putting into and taking out of vents that I can’t get. Do I have to kill this next one?! Jeez

You can kill the next one if you want. There are typically several per level.
