Report a translation problem
Second, the "Tab" option to open the console was removed. However, there is a workaround I found from another Steam comment. Here it is:
"Via C:\ Users\ [user]\ AppData\ Roaming\ BioshockHD\ Bioshock you can access the file "user.ini" (at least for me this path works). Search for "[Default]" section and use an unbound key (eg F7) for any code you want to use (in this case, type "Ghost" next to that key). Save, and in game press that key, the cheat will be activated. I only tried it for SetJumpZ [value] to kinda debug, after closing the game everything went back to normal, so idk how it works for any other cheat. Values for different codes can be found on bioshock wiki"
