Suchong's apartment

So I'm playing this game and want to explore every single room. But there's this one room I just can't seem to be able to access.

That room is not in Suchong's apartment, but rather it's the upstairs bedroom of Cohen's apartment. The stairs are through a door on the right as you enter the apartment, but you need to get Cohen to open it by messing up the two dancers he's got going in his main room.

Yeah. The sequence to get there is:

1. Complete Fort Frolic and when Cohen appears to marvel at the complete sculpture, leave him alone
2. Get to Olympus Heights
3. Enter his apartment and you'll hear him inviting you in, step into the light, and don't mess up the dancers
4. Mess up the dancers (they're Houdini splicers)
5. Cohen will come rushing downstairs through the door in the hallway
6. Kill him, and go upstairs and enjoy his bedroom, which contains a Power to the People.

You can still get the Irony Trophie and Cohen's Muse key in Olympus Heights, so really there's no reason to kill him in Fort Frolic.
