"Weapon Specialist" Achievement Didn't Unlock

Is there any way to examine my weaons to see if they've been upgraded? I swear I've upgraded all my weapons at the 12 weapon upgrade stations. I'm almost positive the list of upgrades had only one left when I used the last station in Optimized Eugenics. But, after selecting that one remaining upgrade, the Weapon Specialist Achievement didn't pop up. I assumed it was just being delayed, so I went about my business and forgot about it. Now, hours later, I still don't have the Achievement and there's no easy way to restore and redo it. So, I'm trying to examine the weapons to see what I've got.

You can go back to any area (One exception see below) if you have missed one which seems the most likely reason for it not unlocking.

Sander Cohen:

The player must let Cohen live when he was in Fort Frolic to be able to get into his room in Olympus Heights, otherwise it will be locked, and they will not be able to access the machine. Sander Cohen's apartment can be seen at the lower left of the corner of the map, on the west side square. Basically, go into Cohen's apartment on the first floor, and if the player disrupts the dancers (such as by knocking over the gramophone or killing the dancers), Cohen will come down from his private quarters and open the door for the player. Through the door, at the top of the stairs, turn left and the player will see the machine right there.

Should'nt take long to check.

I definitely got the Cohen Weapon Upgrade Station.

Also, I had a save as I just entered Point Prometheus (the area where the last two Weapon Upgrade Stations are). So, I loaded it up and ran through the area to both machine. I had two left when I found the first one. I upgraded one. I had one left when I found the second one. I upgraded it. Again, I got no Weapon Specialist Achievment. So, it looks like I'm pretty much rotated.

OK. That's interesting. I finished the game without the Achievement popping. So, I started up a New Game Plus. As the Medical Pavilion area started up, up popped the Weapon Specialist Achievement.

Well, for that, I'm happy. I still have issues with other Achievements, though.

In case anyone else is having trouble with this achievement - interestingly, I had finished a game with all weapon upgrade points except one (presumably the station in Sander Cohen's room because I had killed him in Fort Frolic) so I'd intended to start a new playthrough BUT I've since been playing the DLC, and as I used a weapon upgrade station in "World of Hurt" it gave me the achievement.
I guess maybe I upgraded something I hadn't in the main game and it counted towards it...?

I would like to inform any new comer, here with this problem that, according to the 2k Dev forum, you cannot ( IMPOSSIBLE ) to achieve any achievement or trophies in new game plus, if you miss any achievement for example, the one where you have to get in Sander Cohen's apartment to fully upgrade your weapon, you need to restart the game in new game only. This applies to other thing like collecting diary, researching of anything. inventing items, and so on. Hope this help.

Same here lol, was collecting the roses for the "World of Hurt" and when i upgraded the crossbow it unlocked, i missed the Sander Cohen's room as well.
