Missing Little Sisters?

Anyone else unable to find little sisters after killing big daddies? I am at the point right before fontaine fisheries and I have 1 more little sister to harvest/rescue and she is nowhere to be found. I have killed like an extra 2 or 3 big daddies also...

I know that you're talking about; she's the one on the second floor. I don't know if that's a bonus little sister or not. I also had that problem and was only able to rescue the 3 that are shown in the pause menu.

I honestly have no idea where she was/is. I absolutely SCOURED the entire level and not so much as a peep from her. She was supposed to be near a big daddy but each one I found had no sister with them.

I upload an image in my Artwork of the location. Anyhow, I was able to get her. She's an extra little sister, and for some reason she didn't dispear this time as she did before. Maybe is because I was playing in Survival mode now.

Edit: I don't know if you will be able to get her, I upload a save file before I fought that big daddy the first time.

Killing extra big daddy's wont help. you have to let them fetch her out of the wall first.

Unless this works differently from the original game (I haven't played the remastered version yet), Little Sisters can escape if it takes the player too long to kill the accompanying Big Daddy. Another Big Daddy will have to fetch her before you can start a new attempt.

I think its because you shoot big daddy while little sister is in a wall tunnel. That's what she usually do while you are not attacking big daddy.

Follow the Big Daddy until he reaches a vent. He'll bang in it for a bit until a Little Sister comes out. Even if they've all been harvested for that level, Big Daddies will still walk around to vents and bang on them before shambling on to the next one. Makes it pretty easy to predict they're locations for farming.
