Anyone else's Achievements not unlocking?

Ok, so I have played through the game and during this playthrough I have collected all audio diaries and saved all the little sisters. Now from my understanding you can only get all plasmid and Tonic slots from saving them all.

So having completed this playthrough it hasn't given me 2 achievements that i should have.

1. Historian (Collect all audio diaries)
2. Dealt with every Little Sister ( Either harvest or rescue every little sister)

I have gone through multiple lists and triple checked and have indeed collected all audio diaries. Still no achievement.

I have rescued every little sister in the game. Still no achievement. Considering that i have to deal with all of them if saving them to unlock all plasmids and tonics (which I have done) it's obvious I should have the achievement. I have traveled back everywhere and it shows I have dealt with them all in each area and double checked that.

Is anyone else having this issue at all? It is incredibly Infuriating having done it all and not unlocked it.

I have similar problems. indeed Historian isn't unlocking either. I recently unlocked prolific photographer during World of Hurt (the extra), even after I've already done 2 playthroughs (medium and hard (no vita)). I've maxed out all research as well but no Phd. Now I've finished all the extra levels as well I still don't have dealt with every little sister.

For achievement hunters like me these bugs are really frustrating, glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem and that they MIGHT try to find a solution for this

When trying to ascertain the precise number of audio diaries, i was actually unable to find a single site that listed them all correctly, several sites reported different total numbers of diaries and incorrect locations, so it may well be that you still need an audio diary and just don't know it.

I did eventually unlock them all but it was a bug in the game. It was when I started a new game +. I just played it through as normal but half way through the Medical Povilion I unlocked the historian. Then later in the same level the rest unlocked. I did nothing to trigger them unlocking it was just randomly throughout the level.

Hmm, I indeed found a site that listed them, to my knowledge, all. Got three more I missed somewhere, but if you are correct I'll have to search for some more lists and check if I indeed have them all
