bioshock stuck in hephaestus

I can't go forward to hephaestus core door because i found the audio diary bug and can't trigger the door.Someone have the same problem with the diary and if you have fixed?

I had the same problem so i started the level again and it worked then but now i am stuck on the level transion when i overloade the core and can open the secured dore i should go to the next area but nothing happens i am suck in the room and when i kill my self to respawn i can go in again but it still dosent ork..
