Possible Health Upgrade Strategy? Haphestus **SPOILERS**

When you begin to resist Fontaine's influence and he drains your health that you spent your Adam on to increase, is it possible to just save up the Adam until after this happens? Maybe that would help limit the effects so that you could just upgrade it after you are cured. This is my first time playing through the entire campaign and have never gone past the first time you realize Atlas is Fontaine. I just thought, maybe this is plausible?

You find a remedy for this not very long after your health drains.

Also, I think the game takes a fixed % out of your health, so the more you invest in HP upgrades, the more HP is drained on that level.
