Faster Than Fire

Is this even possible? I just timed myself with Google's Timer for 1 minute and i beat the first Hidden Object in less than a minute, yet the achievement didn't unlock! Help?

To let you guys know, i was able to beat it in under 50 seconds, and i didn't get it.

I'm having the same problem. Timed it using my phone, was under a minute, didn't get the achievement. The puzzle I was playing was the hidden object scene with the buffet.

Okay, I tried the next HOP after the buffet scene (the one in the dining room, when you first go through the mirror). Once again, I used the timer on my phone, had 12 seconds left, and did not get the achievement. I think it's either broken or requires something else.

I counted it as broken too, but then i saw that there is people who got this achievement more than the "beat all HOP's without hints".
So unless someone can tell us exactly what is going on here, please let us know.

Well, a friend of mine got it by accident by picking up a few objects (including the item that you're playing the HOP to acquire) then exiting the scene. I tried this myself after she told me about it, but it didn't work for me. So, my guess is that this achievement is pretty righteously bugged.

I finally got it. I just did the same HOP (buffet scene) I'd been doing normally, but on expert mode this time. I don't know if that's supposed to make a difference, as it says nothing of the sort in the achievement description.

I'm sorry to hear that. It would be nice if the devs actually read this forum so they could fix whatever is wrong with this achievement.

It would also be nice if people would make guides or more discussions for this game.

Eh, I spent less than a minute on hiddeon object scene and I didn't get the achievement. I wanted to do this game on perfect, but now I see that it will be a fail...

Yea, i already gave up on this achievement months ago. If you're unable to get it, it's more than likely bugged out for you so just don't bother.

I and a friend just got the faster than fire achievement, so it wasn't bugged for us,.

Be patient, I waited till I got a straight list hos with no red interactive asks - I did it on the shelves hos after you go into cabin (after you get the alchimist achievement) no problem. If you don't get it on that, the next hos is a straight no red ask. It might not just be the time but the hos you do it on? I happened to play on expert if that makes a difference, I don't know.

It;s a bit of a pain as you have to wait 1-2 seconds after you click each item for it to recognise the next one (well on expert don't know about casual) I go into a hos take a screenshot and then exit hos, go into paint do the hos there and when I've worked it out go back into the game and do it there.

I had that scene and no achievement (checking with watch). It's a clear luck x]

I did it on first Hidden Object Scene (first with finding random things, not make pair ones). It's possible, you just need be fast, I didn't look on clock, but achievement pop up after I finished that Hidden Object Scene. It was 2-3 days ago, so it mean that game is or fixed or never even was broken. Anyway, just to say, few minutes ago finished whole game and got all achievements without problem, all work fine. Wish you (all) luck to be enough fast for this achievement...
