Game Won't Launch, No Error Message or Anything

So, I click play in my library on Steam and the launcher comes up fine, no problem there. As soon as I click play in the launcher, the launcher goes away and it says Running by the title in my library for a few seconds. Then it says Syncing in the same location, then it just stops saying anything and it's as if I never clicked on the game in the first place... Please help! I love this game!

New update, it just randomly started working for me. I didn't change anything so I don't know what happened.

It launchs only on 60 HZ screens.

Mine is doing the same thing, but it is fully up to date? Running Vista. If I open from the game files it won't let me play online. It tells me to login to steam and restart, but I am already logged in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

i deleted msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll and it helped THX!
