Using custom maps and scenarios from Workshop

How does one use the custom maps and scenarios that I subscribe to from the workshop? Can anyone walk me through the process?

Simple, download (subscribe) the map and go to the right type ingame. A skirmish map will be found in the skirmish lobby, custom scenario's in the custom scenario tab (war or peace depends on the map) and freebuild under freebuilds. That's all.
