Its not the same theme as Kingdoms, and I am not sure if there is city building. But the NPCs are not static. For those looking for NPC simulation games.

I bought this game and few others I tried it for a bit. Its a seamless open world and you start off in a town and there are NPCs walking around everywhere. Can't find much info on the game as to how to play.

am kind of turned away from this one manly because of the walking and horse sounds are just bad

I hear ya, it was released to the public about 8 days ago. Everything will change I guess.
