Spending Learning Points
I have 10 learning points and can't seem to spend them on perks like I was able to in the beginning. Am I doing something wrong?

need to talk to someone that can teach you the one you want to learn. Click on each person AI and ask them if they can teach you something.

You have to have a little bit of friendship with them... do a quest or two and you'll be fine. Also, perks cost more at higher levels, so make sure you have enough perk points.

Pretty sure you only need a friendship level of 10 which can be obtained just by using the "nice greeting" the first time you meet someone. No quests required.

I'm sure you're right. I just knew that it didn't take much friendship at all.

For higher level perks like King or Wiseman, you will need more friendship beside more learning points and more gold :)

A lot more, f.e. Masterful Blacksmith is 80 Learning points.

Don´t remember all exact LP and Gold needed for all perks, but if you talk to someone in order to learn a skill, you will get the informations from the NPC :)

I am talking about friendship level. I have never had to have a friendship level above 10 to learn any skill.

Just checked to be sure, and you are right!
Friendship 10 is enough for highest perks, it just needs more gold and LP.
