Is Stronghold Crusader Extreme included when you buy Stronghold Crusader HD? :)

If You buy Stronghold Crusader HD, then You have two games:
- Stronghold Crusader HD,
- Stronghold Crusader Extreme HD.

i have bought stronghold crusader HD but i can't install it.. what is the problem? anybody knows what to do?

So, what is the difference between Stronghold Crusader HD and Stronghold Crusader Extreme HD? They are both in my Steam game list (from Humble Bundle purchase), but there is only a Steam Store page for Crusader HD, not for Crusader Extreme HD.

They must be different games, because their install sizes are different.
