Report a translation problem
Try this:
- In Cortana, search Windows Features and select 'Turn Windows Features On or Off'
- Navigate to Legacy Components, collapse the folder, and check DirectPlay if it is unchecked, then reboot the PC.
- Update all the programs and the drivers of the system
- Try running the game to see if this addressed the problem. If not, set the EXE in steamapps folder to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3.
Then it should work.
Restart pc.
