Possible to get stuck

I killed a boss near a corner of the room and didn't think much of it until his loot chest spawned on top of me, pinning me between it and the corner. I believe this was only the first or second level, and it wasn't a particularly oddly shaped room. I think the corner in question was 90', it was just that the chest was so close that caused a problem.
