Can't unlock the hidden achievement?

I got every other achievement in the game, but when I look at the last one (which should be revealed upon unlocking all the others), all it says is:

'1 hidden achievement remaining
Details for each achievement will be revealed once unlocked'

No picture, no title, no description. I already know that you have to collect every single pretzel to get it, so I did so twice - and still nothing. (I restarted my game + didn't use the Steam overlay, so that's not the cause)

Is there a way around this? Thanks!

EDIT: Ayy lmao I finally got it on my 5th try. I didn't press 'esc' at all, so maybe that's why?

I have the same issue with both the coin and hidden achievement. Just finished my 6th playthrough and still nothing. :(

Huh, I got the coin one. Were you following a guide through Steam Overlay? Coz that prevents some people from getting achievements (happened to me too). If you opened the Overlay in-game, quit the game and then restart.

Try having the guide open on your phone or something else, and never open your Steam Overlay while playing. That shouuuld solve the problem.

I can't get the pretzel hanging under the soda machine, but I feel like I got all the coins, and no achievement. :( Seems like you should only have to collect 5 francs (and no silver coins) to get that achievement, by the way it's worded. I don't even have the Steam overlay turned on most of the time.

Pretzel under the soda machine? You mean the one that slowly gets lifted upwards after you pull the elevator lever?
You can actually get it before pulling the lever. Just crouch down (press c) and click on the floor where it should be.

As for the coins, I got the achievement after collecting every single coin. So, to be frank (heh), just collect all of them. Also, a franc IS a silver coin. The bronze ones are cents.

Use one of the guides to make sure you get all the coins btw. Just don't open it on Overlay, open it on your phone or some other device. Here's a great guide for all the achievements: 100% Achievement Guide

Concerning the Steam overlay, just never open it at all and try not to pause the game.

I having trouble getting the coin and pretzel achievements. I don't shift tab and I have a guide on my phone. Still don't get them after. Is this going to be fixed? And will we be updated or have to play it again?

Did you try reinstalling? And making sure you got every single item? Try to collect the items separately: collect only coins in one run, then in the next run collect only pretzels, etc. Do the 'Messy Operation' one separately.

Anyways it seems like there's a lot of people having problems with broken achievements, and since the devs fixed the last issue around 1 month after people started complaining, it probably shouldn't take too long for them to fix this one..?

What achievment do you mean with hidden achievment? I installed the game today, played it, get all 6 achievments after some time. And i got 100% ... i dont see a hidden one? Did they patch it out or where i have to look?

The pretzel one ('Every Nook and Cranny' or something). Was it shown with the picture of a pretzel and a description and everything when you looked at the achievements on your profile or not?

Either way, I still tried everything and it still didn't unlock so I guess I'll wait for an update lmao

The tipps, written in this post helped me to finish all 6 (including the pretzel one) achievements. Restart the game, never use steam-overlay (Shift-tab) or alt-tab and it will work. Good luck
