LB input on steam deck does nothing

Hi, firstly i want to say i love the game, but i have noticed that when playing it on the Steam Deck the game completely ignores the LB button input on it.

i've done tests on my button in the os and other games and it works fine there, figured i'd let you know.

the cinematic at the beginning was so touching too, high jump feels clunky, best experience on the deck is using the double jump and configuring the d-pad to the arrow keys/wasd.
