Suggestion + But Report for Last Boss

I enjoyed this game (on easy) but have one request if this game will be receiving an update:

When the player dies at the last boss, please have them respawn on the screen prior to the boss where there are weapon pick-ups. I died and then restarted the fight with no power-ups, so there was no feasible way to win a fight that I had just lost fully powered-up.

As for the bug: After dying at the boss and respawning at the top of the pit, I tried to climb up the wall to return to the previous screen instead. However, once I reached the top I got stuck and couldn't get out, so I ended up having to quit the game.
