Where are you doggie?

Please tell me where i can find my dog after escaping from prison? I feel like i visited every single place and i cant find that "doctor from the south" who supposedly bought my dog. This stopped the game progress for me. is there gonna be solution for this game? Also is there gonna be updates with more dialogs or something? Because some number of sub-quests could make this game much more interesting.

you will find the doggo in some underground lab, doing main story quest.

But i dont know what i should do in the main story. My quest is just "explore the island and find the dog". Where am i supposed to go? I was everythere except that radiated zone.

just follow the main story, dude in kafa says dogs with a scientists and the scientist are bad guys. youll get him back...........
