Level reset

Got my level 32 spaceman reset to level 1, have to grind back up to get stuff but i still got loadouts, any ideas how this could've happened or how to fix?

Lost all level progression

Title, don't know the cause but symptoms are simple

Was originally at level 24, now I'm at level 1 and I lost my most recent loadout. I can still use my other loadouts and effectively play at a certain level, though the same doesn't go for cosmetics.

I'm basically forced to progress all over again, would appreciate help or potential fixes.

lvl resseted

so i was playing usm as usual and while the round ended i accidently kicked my pc and it turned off as soon as i logged in the game ive noticed my lvl is 1 i did checked in game to see if its a temp bug and will be fixed if i get exp but im still on lvl 1 my original lvl was 38 and almost 39

Your progression is saved via Steam Cloud. Presumably the only way (that I am aware of right now) to get this to occur is to clear your save file data (in AppData/Local) and either have Steam Cloud upload a fresh one or by having Steam Cloud off so it doesn't grab your latest save file.

I'm not sure what initially triggers this. Did something happen before your level reset? E.g. a crash

in my case i accidently turned my pc off by kicking it i remember another guy saying he turned his pc off while playing usm im guessing thats the problem
