i wanna buy this game but does anyone play this anymore i checked your discord (newblood) and it was inactive. if i do buy this game will i have players to constantly play with or do i have to find friends that own this game.

Players to constantly play with? Not *quite* yet, but the community games are normally running on:
Saturdays at 1pm Pacific Time (8pm, GMT)
+
Wednesdays at 6pm Pacific Time (1am Thursday, GMT)

and there's usually a whole bunch of us online around then, even if things are quiet at other times. If you do buy the game, you should definitely join in. :-)

PS:- Not sure what you mean by the Discord, admittedly - there's a whole bunch of comments in the #unfortunate-spacemen text channel from just yesterday.

tl:dr version - Not dead, just enjoys naps. ^_^

Just noticed, if you go to the #lfg-signup channel on the group discord, and do the :spaceman: reaction, it opens up #unfortunate-spaceman-lfg channel; which should make it easier to find player-made games when they are happening.

I wasn't aware this was a thing when I wrote my previous comment; but about 4.5hrs ago there was a server with 10 folks playing. (Which might not be many in the grand scheme of things, sure, but is certainly enough to get a match going.)
