Missing one frame of one image in the gallery.

I have the patched version of the game and have completed all the endings, but in the gallery on the top right image, the 3rd from is missing. It says "Image 3 of 3 locked".

I've tried everything I can think of, but that one from of that one image is missing. Is this a bug, or is there some way to get it that I haven't figured out?

I have the same, maybe we need to play all Strings in the Story, so everywhere is Skip useable.
Not sure, maybe theres just a Bug, who prevent the Unlock or the Picture is not used in the Game.

Either you need the censored version to get it which I can't verify or it's a bug.
I made a guide on all endings, while figuring it out I tried every option you could. Therefore I would assume that it is just a bug and we're not missing on anyting, because the gallery is for the uncensored part of the game.
